Yes, There Really is a Zoo in Montana

We visited Zoo Montana this weekend with my in-laws. We had such a nice time.

(I didn't see a peahen anywhere around, but this guy was definitely strutting his stuff for all to see! Whoot-woo!)


And, yes, we had to poke our heads through this thing and make ourselves giggle. Don't ask why my bangs were parted right down the middle like that...

A Fun Tradition

Dying eggs with my girls was a pleasure this year - easier than in the past. No panic about staining Grandma's kitchen from top to bottom.


A fun tradition. Fondly remembered. By me. And hopefully someday.

Celebrating Spring

We hosted an Easter Egg Hunt and Brunch at our house yesterday.


It was fun to have a a few laughs,


share good food,


watch the kids run for eggs (sprint like crazy is more like it!),


and just celebrate springtime with dear friends.


I actually tricked a few people with these pudding and Oreo cups with mint. But the kids didn't need too much encouragement to, "eat the dirt!"

Sicko Kiddo and Cuddly Kitty

My sweet Soni was sick today, and I felt so grateful that I could come home from my flexible job to take care of her. It seemed like Bella sensed that she was sick and came over to cuddle with her. So sweet. I love these two so very much.
